Because you get to read about really weird and exciting cases, and it's a very respectable degree

This. Law is really, really interesting, challenging, and unlike anything else you'd study at uni.

Because-
-you want to become a lawyer, but have no burning desire to study anything else
-you enjoyed law at A Level
-you think you will enjoy law at uni from what you've read/the people you have asked about your decision
