Personally, I think it's hideous. It's far too shiny for my liking. Looks tacky as hell.

(oh, I meant to say... I highly recommend clicking the link and not just looking at the photos - it looks far better on the runway than it does in the pictures I could find!)

Thanks a lot to everyone for leaving an opinion

    Tin Foil

How tall are you? A short girl wouldn't be able to pull that off.

Depends on your figure tbh as maxi dresses are tricky for the petite girl... if you're tall and less than size 12 then i say go for it!!

I'm 5"8 - oh, and size 12 in case anybody was wondering!

It's difficult to know what it'd be like in real life. This is why buying things other than books online is hard.

I'm really sorry but i would rather someone told me what they really thought of what i was wearing before i made an ass out of my self, I think it resembles tin foil, and you will probably regret wearing it as soon you leave the house.

Love it, pretty amazing. Makes a statement without being OTT. Just, whatever you do, don't go with many accessories or it could look a bit naff IMO. Lovely dress though, gotta buy it.

Haha I really don't know what to do now! Opinions seem to be divided pretty much 50/50.

It's for my boyfriend's school formal, and I can pretty much guarantee that every girl there will be in a full length dress. Most girls going will be wearing something like:

    or

    or

I really wanted to find an alternative that isn't hugely puffy or unbelievably slutty...

Oh dear. I'm not much good at this.
