No, but if you have it, uninstall it and run a scan.

Yep when you see the first POST screen.

Or just press it a 5/6 times until it comes up.

This must be a new rogue Antivirus programme.
Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials:
http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/
Free AVG, Avira and Avast are other decent Antivirus Freeware. I can also recommend Panda Cloud:
http://www.cloudantivirus.com/en/
After you update it run a full scan. After you have removed all the malware reboot the computer. Then make sure you update Windows, Browser/s and plug-ins especially Adobe Flash. Then make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. Also turn on Automatic Updates.
The worst case scenario is that you will have to re-install Windows. In which case back up. Then make sure you protect yourself in future and also don't visit porn/gambling sites and don't install any warez - much of it contains trojans and rootkits. No Antivirus scanner in the world can detect 100% of malware. Also make sure tthat the anti-pishing service in turned on in IE, Firefox, Chrome etc.
