Object 1, mass m hits object 2, mass 2m. Object 2 is stationary before collision and object 1's direction is changed by 90 degrees by the collison.

Show that two thirds of object 1's energy is transferred to object 2.

Find angle between the objects after collision.

I know about off centre collisions with objects the same mass. The angle between them after collision is 90 degrees etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
