I'm really worried about my friend, she is bulemic and i've spoken to her and asked what's causing it but she wont give me a reason

I don't want to betray her trust but should i tell her parents?

If she doesn't want her parents to know - then that's her right. What good do you think it would do?

No, it's not your place to tell them, she will never, ever thank you for it. And it's "bulimic".

Maybe encourage her to seek help i.e. tell her to see G.P. and say you'll go with her if she's too scared.
    But tell the parents? NONONO!

    Reel off the fat jokes.

And I would tell her parents. Youll probery lose her as a friend for now, but shell thank you when your older, so obvoiusely youd lose her as a friend for now

Well i would agree telling her parents would be really tough for her to forgive me. I might speak to a teacher at my school, not mentionig names of course.
