Today went to the gym for the first time in ages after coming out of my cast. Today for some reason i couldnt be bothered to run so instead I cycled.
I cycled 9.3 miles in just over 40 minutes. Is that any good? Should I be aiming for better? I weigh 13 stone 8 and I'm 6 foot... if that helps lol

Given that it's an exercise bike: who knows or cares? If it's the right intensity for you then it doesn't matter in the slightest what the actual speed is because I doubt you intend to enter some kind of exercise biking competition.
If I was cycling on the road, I'd consider 9.3 miles in over 40 minutes pretty slow - 20mph is about par for the course for me, but then I'm me and not you.
