Hey. So I work part-time in Asda and i'm aware we only get 4 weeks worth of holidays. However I want to go traveling across Europe for about six weeks during the summer. Do you know of any special extended leave policies they have. I dont have my handbook atm and am aware of benidorm leave but i'm only 18.

Anyone got any ideas on how i can make this trip possible?

There is no 'official' leave for the purpose of your trip really.
A Career break can be taken if your leaving for a year or more but thats obviously no good for your trip.

You'll need to just take 'unpaid leave'...you'd request it the normal way with a hoiday form, but just write unpaid leave on it.

You can even just submit a holiday form for the entire period your away...you will only be paid your annual entitlement anyway.
