    More context required to answer this! If it is an EM question, may well be infinite or semi-infinite sheet. If a superconductors question, more likely to be finite sized. If a description in a book, definitely finite UNLESS it is talking about magnetic flux expulsion, in which case it could be semi-infinite.

    Yer I assumed it did, but had never heard it before

    Oh **** knows when they start, I was just really bored the other day because last week my project involved waiting around while a machine filled up just in case anything went wrong and of course I hadn't brought anything to the lab other than my lecture notes from that morning.
