    guys, i mean through what kinds of eye exercise or health-care food or some any other approaches have you benefited from poor eyesight?

    glasses, then contacts about a year and a half later. been wearing the latter for 2 weeks now and they're soo good!

    I have perfect eyesight as it is. Never needed anything to enhance my eyes.

    Oh, and I have perfect teeth too. Never needed braces, whitening, fillings or whatever.

    eating fruits and veggies has so many benefits, one of them is improving eye sight.

    e.g. carrots/apricots and many other fruits/veggies have beta carotene, a substance which a number of scientific studies have shown to be beneficial in eye sight

    p.s can't be bothered referencing the scientific journals

    They've improved alot by themselves, strangely enough. My prescription is totally different to a few years ago.

    I hardly eat fruit and veg btw (anyone who knew me could tell you this).
