thinking about an ex is hardly bad. they were/are a part of his life. you can hardly expect him to never think about them like they never existed

Right if you aren't a troll I may be able to help you a little. It is normal to think of someone or something that has had an effect on your life whether it's an ex, a pet, a book or a song. Just because he's thinking of her doesn't mean that he wants to be with her or that he'd rather be with her than you. How do you know that he still thinks about her? Did he tell you or did you just guess?
Plus, the fact that you are pregnant means that his life is about to completely change. You have probably already accepted this change because you have the maternal attachment to your baby. It is growing inside you and you have bonded with it. However, guys rarely form this attachment. He will probably not accept how much his life is going to change until after the baby is born. He is probably looking over his life now and wondering how things will be different because of this baby. It's natural for him to look over his past and his previous relationship in any situation but especially if he's got a baby coming along.

I hope that made sense. Probably not. It's probably harmless but if he starts texting other girls and becoming distant from you then it will become a bigger problem. You are 30 weeks pregnant. Try focussing on this rather than your boyfriend's ex girlfriend.
