todayyy
breakfast - porridge and sultanas
lunch - low fat coleslaw, apple, milky way, rice cake + peanut butter
dinner - home made vegetable pizza, jelly, mini milk
also - loads of green tea and water
Ahh, so it seems like I ate loads today, but I've calculated the calories and it only comes to around 1750, which is over what I'd like to be eating ideally (especially on a non-work-out day) but under 2000, so not too bad. -

So yesterday was good and bad... basically, I missed breakfast, so when I got back from lectures at lunch time I was really hungry, and ate loads. I felt really crap, but instead of what I'd normally do (resolve not to eat anything else that day, then eventually feel so hungry that I just ate loads again) I just ate a healthy dinner in the evening.
So, not such a good food day, but I think I'm beginning to address my fu(ked up relationship with food, and that's a good thing
