i know i sleeptalk most nights, but it hasn't usually been a problem; i sleep through it, and my friends don't mention it to me anymore, unless i say something especially funny..
And anyway, I stayed at my friends house the other night, there were 5 of us in the room, and in the morning they told me i had been making "sex noises" in my sleep. i don't remember having a particularly hot dream, but i obviously was. I'm pretty mortified to be honest, and need a cure..
does anyone know how to stop me doing this?

Its not unusual. Loads of girls do it. I had a conversation with my ex once about an orange draw being open -wtf? And another of my ex's used to make sex noises, apparently she was never actually having a sex dream, just made noises like it.

I think a lot of people make a few moans in their sleep. Your friends are probably exaggerating a little to tease you. Wouldn't worry about it. It's not really important.

Either the people that heard you are exagerating to make it funny. Or you do a bit, and you just have very exciting dreams

smoke some cannabis... and dont think about nude/porn/ anything that will arouse you before you goto sleep.

have sex instead, then you won't be needing sleep!
in all seriousness, i'm sure they were winding you up a little, it's not a big problem i don't think, and i don't think there's any way to stop it, all i know is i'd rather do that than sleepwalk like my friend. she's ruddy dangerous!

I know a girl who occasionally sleeps with her eyes open. Words cannot explain how much that ****** me up when I found out first-hand. Thought she was dead.

But I bet they were exaggerating. Everyone makes noises in their sleep at some point.

It's cool, thats what i do when i'm bored. Still you might get laid on day just keep on dreaming about it and it might just happen.
    but i highly doubt it

My friend stayed over last week and told me I did the same. Don't remember having a sex dream either. Slightly embarrassing but meh, worse has happened.
