    Anon please.

so i just realised im turning 18 in 2 months and I really want to get laid! before you say anything, yes I know that there are people of 18 and above who still haven't done it, but I think that I'm ready. The problem is I don't have a partner or any suitors.
I don't want to throw a massive B'day party either, because it's not my thing. I just want to go and sit in a restaurant with a couple of close friends, not have to worry about huge preparations, clubs etc.

Any ideas about how to find someone?

    thanks xx

Oh dont wish to lose it because it's the 'in thing'! If you're ready then great, but I'd suggest waiting till you find someone you really like rather than losing it before you're 18 to a random. Sorry if thats not what you want to hear but thats what I think!

If you are giving yourself a deadline to "get laid," your not coming across as being ready. Its not something you set out to do, you need to find the right person or you will regret it and it will be a bad memory. 18 isn't an expiry date, just enjoy your birthday.

I don't thing you can set a time limit on when you want to lose your virginity........it happens when it happens, don't try and rush it just wait for it to happen when you're with the right person and it feels right......

You want to have sex with some randomer for no real reason with the chance of catching HIV and then subsequently dying before you're 25? Then go ahead.

......I think that's the WRONG reason to lose your virginity.

Just wait untill you've found someone you actually want to lose your virginity too. Trying to lose your virginity purely because you are turning 18 to some randomer is something you might regret.

You're not gonna get some if you want to sit in a restaurant with your close friends. If you're that desperate, then go to a club and have a random one-night stand. Bet you a tenner you'd regret it, though.

I wouldn't do it just because you're turning 18-you've got plenty of time if you want to meet someone more permanent, there's no deadline (from you saying partner/suitors and asking how to meet someone, i'm guessing you might not just be looking for sex, but you can't guarantee the other person is up for anything more serious).

On meeting someone in general, it depends what you like to do, but gigs are a great place to meet new people! I met my ex-girlfriend that way, and the person i'm currently seeing Gives you something in common to talk about if you both like the same kind of music. For backup, always have a mate with you who you can talk to and hang around with if you don't strike up a conversation, though.

I'm just going to reiterate: One night stands aren't for everyone, and you could easily regret going that way. Sometimes it's great, no question, but maybe a serious relationship would be better for you in the situation you've got now.

    Enjoy your 18th

Throw a party the day before your birthday, inviting all your friends, and get them to bring their friends. Get with one of the fit guys, and there you go, some hot lovely birthday sex

I don't think it has to be someone that you love. Just someone that you like and trust.
