    Hey,

I'm a gap year student and have already achieved my A-levels (3As).

I've just been issued a "conditional offer" by UCL medical school.

Are the "conditions" my offer is subject to just the medical certification I need to provide by the end of May, or am I in some sort of waiting list or something? Is anyone else in the same position?

I've tried phoning and E-mailing UCL but want to know if I have reason to celebrate now! :woo:

    Thanks alot

Click on the choice and then click view decision letter and it should state the conditions at the top.

Well what are the conditions? you can find out by clicking their message on ucas track. You're not on a waiting list, it's definitely an offer, and if you already have your grades, then yeah, you got in

Conditional On CRB and Occupational Health Check.

It would be easier to click the A100 next to UCL to see the conditions.

    ok thx guys!

yeah checking the ucas letter was the first thing i did... the conditions are:
"A satisfactory medical certificate to be returned by 31 May"
    "
See also a letter sent by the institution"

Having received no letter from UCL i thought id better check before shouting "I've got an offer" to anyone and everyone!

My friends applying for gap year medicine received "unconditional" offers from other institutions, hence the confusion.
