I got an unconditional offer and it says that I must send verification of qualifications to institution. Does that mean photocopies of my Baccalaureate and Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English? Cand I send them online or do I have to send them through mail? Also, do I have to send them before or after I accept their offer(haven't accepted the offer yet, waiting to see if Q Mary makes me an offer)?

If it asks for the originals they expect the physical real ones. Otherwise I expect you can email them copies. If you haven't accepted the offer yet don't even bother. Note: you can't accept the offer and then wait to see what the other unis reply with. You cannot have an insurance offer if you firmly accept an unconditional. I'm sure you know this already though
