Warwickshire in general is pretty posh, Stratford, Warwick, Leamington, etc.

Shirley in Solihull (the fashionable side), Sutton Coldfield, Edgbaston. The West Midlands isn't exactly teeming with posh places.

In the East Midlands, it would be Rothley, Leicestershire, as the most expensive road in the East Midlands is there (The Ridgeway).
It's in the Charnwod borough of Leicestershire, and most of the borough is posh, and Quorn (in the Charnwood borough) is said to have been the birth place of fox-hunting (that's why the fox is associated with Leicester, such as the football team being nicknamed The Foxes).
