So I've been diagnosed with a fairly bad knee injury which will keep me from doing much fitness work. The other day I tried doing five minutesof cycling just try keep up the quad strength which my physio said would be good for my knee. Turns out I couldn't manage 2 minutes because my knee was in so much pain.
So I'm wondering what sort of stuff I can do to keep up my fitness levels without putting to much strain on my knee. Cheers guys.
