Was the only difference in academics between your application and your friends the number of A*s at GCSEs? I'm interested in applying for Leeds but only have 5 A*s and 5 As and don't want to waste and application slot. Does anyone know if most universitys rank candidates GCSEs scores on % A* or number of As and A*s. Would the OP be ranked higher than me despite having one less A*?
