    is it possible to simultaneously lift weights to make my shoulder muscles, back muscles and arm muscles bigger (not hugely big, just a size that looks visually appealing), get generally fitter and more toned by cardio exercises (treadmill etc.) and improve the definition of my face (by the cardio exercises and good diet)? thanks for all serious replies

    yes - it is entirely possible. do weights while running on a treadmill, and hire a very good, athletic surgeon to run alongside you, performing plastic surgery as you go.
