how is my proposed workout routine? watch

    I'll talk about body parts combinations first:

    Mon is good,

    Wednesday is not - have legs and shoulders instead

    Fri is not - do chest and back again or chest/tri or back/bi, which ever is lagging behind.

    Exercises:

    Mon - move shrugs to weds for shoulders. i.e. work traps with shoulders

    Weds - legs exercises look good. do military press or seated press, lateral raises and rear flyes for shoulders

    Fri - repeat with the aforementioned.
