    Hi all,
I am having problems logging in to UCAS Track section. I copied personal ID number from the apply section (erased the dashes, too), I also used the same username and password but it just won't work. I made sure I included all the numbers in the username and password, I also copied them from apply section boxes to track section boxes, and it works in apply but not in track??
I have also tried to use the reminder service but as I enter my email the service replies: Unfortunately we cannot identify your account details using the email address you have supplied. This could be because it does not match the address on your account, or more than one account matches the email address.

If you copy and paste the personal ID into the box, it removes the last two characters, so make sure all the characters are in the box when you login.

This. What I do is copy the personal ID from apply and paste it into the URL bar above, remove the dashes, and then cut and paste that into track.

If you are certain that you're writing in your correct ID, then all I can say is phone them up tomorrow :yep:

maybe just try retyping your ID number rather than copy paste?

Thank you for your replies. I have tried typing it by hand as well, and yes, when I copied it from apply I added the last two digits. I am pretty sure everything I type in is correct, and the reminder service doesn't work either, so the problem must lie elsewhere I guess. But thanks anyway. I'll probably call them or something..

As said, I believe that you get a new ID once you have applied from what other people have said in threads in the past.
