    right, im guessing the OP has vista or 7?

    having an account set as administrator is different to the administrator account.

    click start, in the search box start typing notepad, right click on it, run as administrator. this will give you the administrator privileges required.
    now do what people have said before (i.e open the file, add the line, save it)
