If this goes on for a while then think about seeing your GP.

Yeah I get that. Afraid I can't really help tho. I tend to find that if someone gets me to start eating again then it sorts itself out pretty quickly, usually. But of course that only works if it's affecting your appetite like that.

Maybe you're just down in the dumps. If the feelings persist however I would suggest you see a GP

I feel a bit crap at the moment, and have done all week, but rationally I know thats theres not that much wrong in my life, yet my normal, bored level of feeling is stuck at less than content.

I dont really know what to do, i dont feel sociable, my friends here at uni are having a go at me for not been out and about much this week but i just really cant be bothered.

everything just feels like a chore. Granted there are a couple of things socially that havnt gone my way recently (got shot down a couple of months back by my girlfriend) but beyond that most things have gone my way. I dont have a reason to feel like this and its starting to freak me out!

any ideas would be much appreciated.
Try the natural things to increase your endorphins - exercise, music, cooking, comedy/laughing, choc/sweets/ice-cream.

This is not depression you are currently feeling, its kinda malais or ennui. Once you regularly feeling periods of enjoyment Im sure itll increase until youre fine again.

You don't need to have things going wrong in your life to be depressed.
If it continues, see a doctor and/or a counsellor.
