Depends what exam board. Check out the specs for each course. e.g 'Bio A Level AQA spec' in google, and it will give you details of how many modules and what is included in each unit.

AQA Psychology and Biology have no coursework as far as I know, I mean I do A2 Psych and this year is the first with the new spec which has no coursework and I have a friend doing A2 Biology and she hasn't done any coursework on what I'm pretty sure is also a new biology spec with AQA.

Economics (Edexcel) is 100% exams, no coursework at all. This is the new 2009+ spec. Im sure its the same with psychology and biology - most new specs are 100% exams. Its best to find out what exam board your sixth form/college is doing and check the website!
most of those will have no cw....biology may have some in the form of practicals, and geog may have some depending on board....AVOID GEOGRAPHY AT ALL COSTS
