you could train towards planches dude. Pushups become increasingle hard the further your hands are towards your feet. Try lying down and set your hands up really far back - you can turn your hands to point towards your feet if your wrists arent flexible enough. Then do pushups like that?

Thats the problem with bench press(i assume you mean barbell?). It involves the deltoids (shoulder muscle) too much. Replace it with dumbell bench press. It focuses more on your pecs, and allows you to go further down, involving more muscle fibres so working the chest more. Many people just bench for ego, and it is an overrated exercise.
