Hands either too hot or too cold!! Watch

It's not really a "health" problem, it's just annoying.
Basically, my hands are either ice cold and numb or sweaty and feel like they're burning. They're always this stupid blotchy colour, mainly pale but red fingertips and sometimes a bit blue around my knuckles. And they just look weird. It doesn't hurt or anything but I never seem to have "normal" temperature hands and at school it used to get to the point where I couldn't hold a pen properly because they're so sweaty and disgusting.

    Any ideas? :woo:

    My guess is poor circulation...?
No idea how you go about making this better though, just my friend gets similar issues and that is what she has.

I agree. Id see a doctor about it, they might be able to sort something out.

i sometimes find the same thing happens to me, but its because of my diet. I either eat too much or not enough, and my hands will get really hot or too cold respectively.
