What should I do for post work out ab work? I like the idea of press sit ups but I don't have a decline bench, and I don't feel sit ups are rigorous enough without ridiculous numbers of reps. I would do barbell twists but as far as I'm aware they hit the obliques more than the abs no?
Just add weight to the Sit ups so that you don't have to do ridiculous amounts of reps.
Weighted ab work, leg raises, crunches, twists, side bends e.t.c.

Lately after workout I always do weighted crunches supersetted with leg raises. Rope crunches are pretty decent too.
I always do 15+ reps on all ab exercises.
