I have recently been able to retract my foreskin all the way back, with relative ease. It's still slightly uncomfortable, but I think it should loosen up with time, right?
The thing is, when it is retracted, the skin sort of bunches up behind the head of the penis. Is that normal? Shouldn't the shaft be completely smooth all the way to the head? Will this bunch of skin go away as the foreskin becomes more elastic?

If you pull on the base of your penis, the skin will stretch out further, but it will go back to normal when you let go.

No the bunch doesn't go away, and on the subject, the bunching is perfectly normal.
