I need to calm down. I'm always way too stressed. I need to chill out, fast. Any tips?

something simple to put your mind to, and you have something to do with your hands.

other than that, sports are always a good way to chill out, and get rid of stress. join a team or go on a run?

    Start smoking, or doing drugs.

Or maybe just buy a slinky and a staircase. That will un-stress you.

As well as exercise, maybe find some creative outlet? Painting, or writing?

I think the slinky would actually be a good idea. They're so hypnotic.
