so, instead of taking QM(questions and morality(basically RE)) i've decided to drop it due to the teacher being absent for 8 weeks and us having many supply teachers that they've resulted to putting The Simpsons on every lesson.
I went to my Head of Year and he told us he'd take me and my mate off the register and we could do another module towards DiDA. We're currently doing CiDA in ICT, and I want to add the other module so that it's CiDA+
However, the Head of ICT has told us in the time slot that we have QM there isn't any ICT staff available. So my question is, is there anyway to basically complete the course yourself? Or even an online tutor/guide I could follow to help me get a good grade?
I'm gifted&talented in ICT so even advanced guides won't go a harm.
Any ideas greatly appreciated

I think these is a textbook for this course published by Heinemann. You need to talk to your teacher to see if he is willing to support you. This is important because even if you do this by yourself, you will still need someone to mark the work.
My school has started to offer the OCR National suite of qualifications. All pupils take the single GCSE, but it is possible to take the double award course by choosing the subject as an option. For interested students, the department have offered the opportunity to extend this to 3 GCSEs by doing some work after school and at home.
Obviously, the policy will vary between different schools, but I hope this helps.
