    It sounds wierd but believe in something I guess you do very little probably watch tv and play games a lot just sit around or do your jogging. Well belive in something and I dont mean going to uni for whatever but if that help then try it but visualize it.

    Or take a religion I dont mean go to church although it may help but just believe someone if out there watching you helping you and if you need them(your inner confidence) confine in "GOD" this may help you release your inner confidence. Sounds a bit Crazy but stoped suicidal thoughts.
