Prostitution: one adult pays another adult for sexual intercourse/contact. Illegal.

Pornography: one adult, or corporation, pays two (or more) adults to have sexual intercourse/contact and brings a video camera. Legal.

Why? In both, the individual is having sex for money.
Prostitution is perfectly legal in Britain, always has been. Curb Crawling is illegal because it is a public nuisance.

Anyway, prostitutes should be paying tax. But because of the underground nature of the job, it's much easier to get away without paying tax.
Every prostitute I've met say they pay tax.

Paying for sex, technically isn't illegal and in my view rightly so. Kerbcrawling is and I believe rightly. Firstly it attracts criminals, (pimps, drug pushers) etc to the local area. Imagine living in a street where this was going on? ,secondly, girls who do this kind of sex prostitution 99 per cent of the time need help. They could be homeless, they could be trafficked or pimped out either in an abusive relationship or by someone who has influence over them, on drugs, have mental health problems, because trying to get trade on the streets is very dangerous. It is much easier for a serial killer or rapist to hurt these girls ,than an incall escort.

Porn, Iam not overly happy about either. Iam not against it in principle, for instance dirty magazines or to an extent filiming it.The problem is porn has got harder and harder with more emphasis I think on abuse and humiliation of mainly women. There are many bad directors out there, in fact I am friends with a girl who had a very bad experience with a porn shoot. Where she was basically mauled by two men and when she refused to let them do something very dangerous in my opinion they kicked her out without even taxi fare. Covered in bruises and had an injury she had to see a doctor about.

Porn shouldn't be illegal providing there are controls and regulations.Porn is the filming of two or more individuals having sex in what should be a safe environment for money.Argubly it provides a function of helping men release sexual tension in a healthy legal way and prevents sexual assaults. It allows people to explore their sexuality. So porn has some benefits, I fail to see how kerb crawling benifits anyone.
