I have until the end of april to fill it in but these things are always better done early. I'm almost finished with it but don't know what to include in the educational details.

I am applying to do an animal care course which allows me to go onto do vet nursing which is what i want. I am including everything they ask e.g. school results. But i want to include other things that will probably look good.

I have done a distance learning course in animal care and want to include this cause at least it will show my interest in it and as a mature student it will show i am capable of learning after 6years out of college.

I was able to complete the course by studying/completing 11 workbooks. Do i mention all 11 workbooks e.g. feeding animals, grooming, exercising etc or just mention the title of the course and leave it at that. What will look look?

Just put the title of the course I would say, and the qualification you got, you don't need every module within it.
