    yeah but im 17 now, and dont really have behavioural problems like i did when i was a kid..

    What do you do? You post a thread on TSR instead of going to a doctor :p:

    In all seriousness though, I would go to a doctor if your that concerned, but it doesn't sound too urgent.

    You go to your GP if you think you may have a mental illness. They may refer you on for diagnosis/assessment.

    However, as you say you don't have 'behavioural problems' anymore, then what is it you're struggling with?
