    Just curious...

Is it possible to study AS level via distance education and then finish the A2 year at a proper brick and mortar school?

I am an international here and doing A-levels through distance education seems like the cheaper option for me.

It isn't the way most people do it but there is no rule/regulation to prevent it.

Schools typically take a more traditional approach and I would expect them to be less likely to accept you. Colleges that cover a broader range of 16-19 education are more flexible in approach and I would guess are more likely. TBH the only way to find out would be to approach them and ask.
