Robbie Williams sounded like he was in a gospel church :awesome:

I hate it,and im annoyed that simon yet again ruined another classic. And I agree about it being weird to use a anti-suicidal song

    oh it's awful, dire.

i actually detest it. i'm a huge fan of the original, as upsetting as i find it to listen to, but i can say with confidence that this cover is horrendous because it evokes absolutely no emotion in me. it's dreadful.

If the singers & Simon Cowell really wanted to help Haiti, they could've just made a donation and still get the publicity they crave.

But no, we're going to be force-fed this terrible cover for week after week now, in hope that it'll make us pay our money for donation, so they don't have to.

Huh? So how you know they haven't donated? I'm sure if they were to make a big public thing about their private donations, people like you would be the first to criticise.

Releasing this single, they are using their talents to raise money where there's a massive need. I struggle to see how you can legitimately criticise that.

You just need to keep quiet really.

Why do they have to make all charity singles so depressing? Why not cover something like "Don't Worry, Be Happy"? Far more optimistic.

what a depressing day for music..

i haven't even listened to it, but i can imagine what it'll be like..
i have too many bad things to say, but i'm going to keep them to myself because i know they won't achieve anything.

So you're denying the single is going to raise a significant amount of money?

I don't care if for some of them that is not the major reason for their participation, I'm not gonna speculate about that because I'll be talking what I don't know. So even if the money raised is just a side effect I'm just happy that money is being raised.

People love to look at the rich and famous and criticise them. It's just jealousy.
