Is it true that more chavvy sorts are going to University? I really hope this is not the case:frown:

Those chav's you are talking about worked just as hard as you if not harder to get there. I don't see what your problem is. :frown:

Just read through all three pages and i'm pretty sure this thread just revolves around a rich stuck up ponce completely unaware of the real world.

I would much rather associate myself with any 'chav' than justjoshing.

I just really hate it when people stereotype and i especially hate people who are prejudice to others based on social status and wealth.
Connor.

this thread reminds me why i dislike the rahs at uni. stuck up, self absorbed, insular, snobbish, self satisfied, judgemental, shallow, ignorant, prats.

I hope not.

Chavs and pikeys don't belong at universities.

nor do judgemental and arrogant people......

 You are going to 'fail' at uni.

I doubt it. I'm predicted AAAB.

Trollin', much?
Everyone has the right to an education.
As it's university, they obviously have chosen to be there, as well as paying for it, so why shouldn't they be there? If they've got in they're obviously intelligent and/or hardworking enough to achieve acceptance.

One of the biggest things university can do for someone is introduce them to a huge range of different cultures and peoples.

It should somewhat be a culture shock in my opinion. University is about more that academia.

close minded fools.
it's funny because really, you're all scared of "chavs"

See my above post. Those grades do not mean anything if you are an ass.
Jesus christ, He/she is joking. Look at the username.

You're predicted AAAB but you couldn't even figure out that the post was referring to failing socially rather than academically.

---

Why are people so fearful of 'chavs'. Just because you wear jeans and they were tracksuits, you listen to rock and they listen to rap doesn't means anything at all. Most of my friends are what people consider as 'chav', but i couldn't care less.
Reply 75
Listen, if it's a University and there are a large proportion of chavs there can be two possibilities:
1. The Chavs aren't really that chavy
2. The University is a worstless slum for the intellectual amongst the pigs.

Good for you, but that's not what I meant by 'fail'.

If you didn't realise that, then maybe you aren't as bright as you think .
Double Agent
Well if they get in to the same university you do, on what grounds can you discriminate against them, how are they any 'worse' than you?

THIS :yep:

lmao.

Anyway, I doubt many chavs are going to be in university. If they're then grats..

What does it even matter? You don't have to socialise with them. Go ahead, eat your pheasant instead of downing vodkas - no one's stopping you from doing that. Just remember, they've got as much right to be there as you do.
