When analysing the representation of women in each novel, what would the main aspects of comparison be? Characterisation, setting, symbolism, plot? I'm finding the symbolism aspect most challenging as I can't seem to find examples that give me enough comparision and dept?

If anyone has any thougths they would be appreciated

    anyone at all?

Any ideas for what I could talk about in terms of narration, setting, theme or characterisation? any ideas at all?
