If you take Philosophy and that takes you about 3 years to complete, in order to complete your masters degree, how many more years would you have to complete?

I think it's usually just an extra year...? It is for all the masters courses I've come across, anyway. :yep:

I don't know whether it's the same for Philosophy, though I can't see any reason why not.

One or two years (usually 1 year full time/2 years part time).
1 year full time.
2 years part time.
