How much weight should i lose? watch

    I'm 19, weigh 8 stone 12lbs, am 5'4, and my BMI is 19.6.

    How much is an healthy amount of weight to loose? I was thinking 5lbs?

    Also, is eating 1, 300 calories and excerising for an hour, 3 days a week enough to lose weight? How much would i lose per week doing this?

    I am quite slim, its just my belly makes me look bigger, i just want a washboard tum like i used to, but recently i have been eating the worst foods, takeaway, crisps, burgers everyday and i have put on some weight on my stomach and want it to be flat again.

    Will this regime work, and if so, how long until i lose the extra weight?

    You are not overweight, so don't aim to lose a particular amount of weight. If you want a flat stomach like you used to have, just keep exercising and eating healthily until you reach the point where you like how your stomach looks. Forget about weight, calories and BMI (to get a flat, toned stomach, you might end up losing fat, but putting on more weight in muscle)- just focus on exercise that burns fat and also tones your stomach and eat good, nutritious food.

    If you want a flat stomach, you'll need to start working out. Don't worry about losing weight, you really don't need to!
