Sky TV Picture Size Help!!!

Just got sky tv installed in my room and now the sky remote controlls pretty much everything so theres no point of my original remote.

Anyway i was fiddling around with the sky remote and the screen size went smaller and now only fills the middle of the screen :/

its a normal sky remote not a sky+ anyone know how i can change it back?

Press the 'change display' button.

If there is none whatsoever anywhere evar, it may be in an options menu.

I didnt think you could change the screen size with the sky remote. Cant you change it back with the tv settings?

My TV screen is normal using TV receiver, but I have the same problem as King CalZ using the skybox. Any ideas?

You can check in the screen aspect ratio settings on your TV(not the Sky box) and switch it to either Native or 16:9

Hey, for anyone who reads this forum. the way to fix this is to press TV button on your sky remote, then press the play button. A dropdown menu will appear with picture format options. Keep pressing the play button until you get to 'fit screen' option. Then press SKY and your picture should reset.

Hi this is a really random qn but wondering if you could help. My apartment only had TV through my superfast broadband which I can get on my computer and then transfer to my Tv using an HDMI lead. Was wondering if there is anything I can buy to make my tv... work like a tv using the internet without going through the computer. There's no outdoor aerial (not allowed one under tenancy agreement) and I don't want to pay for Sky. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
