    I have received an offer of AAB from cardiff, but only have a GCSE enligsh grade C.. But on their website it says to be considered you need grade B

    are they expecting me to resit or does it mean i have an offer anyway :s

    If it's not part of your offer to resit and get a B then they've obviously accepted what you've got already.

    It's weird you got an offer, because these GCSE requirements put me off from applying to quite a lot of unis.
