Hi on my application form for UCAS my GCSE grade D is listed for June 2008. Maths is listed again under January 2010 as I took a resit and got a F, natrually I would rather sort this out myself then ask school as I am embarrassed at what I got. It says on the UCAS site:

'If we cannot match the information you have given us to the results received, there may be delays in the confirmation (or otherwise) of your place. There is also the risk that applications containing qualifications that cannot be checked against results may be considered fraudulent, and may be cancelled.'

Luckly Maths is not part of my conditional offer, so what should I do...should I email the History departments where I have applied and let them know? will my awful grade affect my application once again I state a Maths GCSE grade C+ is not part of my offer

Can't understand what your saying, but if im correct then you will have the highest grade D anyway, and do not have to declare the F grade. As it's also not part of the offer, unless you put something else like a C or higher on your application, then you should be okay.

Don't put the resit grade Especially if it's worse. GCSE's/A levels go on the best sitting so your grade will still be a D
