You could always try popping a pin in your side.
But there's really not much point worrying about it now OP, I doubt you could lose anything significant overnight. Just say that you had a bad week, it happens, and use this as motivation to make more effort next week.

you can loose a substantial amount of weight superficially by not eating or drinking on the day of your weigh in, and going to the toilet as much as possible. This can make up to a few kilos of difference. However, seeing that youv lost weight without implementing any positive steps may discourage you from continuing to take thos steps.

I don't think losing weight by tomorrow is really possible is it?
Without either the use of a chainsaw, or eating grenades for breakfast, no.

I think the answer is obvious, combine all the above suggestions!

    - Shave off all your hair
    - Hack off all unnecessary limbs
    - Ride a fixed cycle in a steam room
    - Run for hours
    - Give as much blood as possible until you go a bit faint
    - Have a hot bath
    - Go naked
    - Don't eat breakfast
    - Force out all faeces and urine
    - Have an enema

By this genius method, you may yet achieve your goal! :borat:
