Hi, i need help bulking up. basically im 6ft 4" and weigh 10stone. im quite skinny. all my friends say that if u bulked up you would be massive. But as you know that when u are tall your muscles stretch out. i really want to become more muscle built but havent got no idea how to do it please help. will going to the gym help? because if ur skinny will muscle add on if you get what i mean
