on my tennis skills. I met some girl who i knew played tennis (the racket gave it away) and obviously i claimed to play a lot as well. However I haven't played in quite a few years and we are set to play tomorrow/later today. I am in a bit of a predicament any suggestions???

I don't really see it as such a problem, surely you must have retained some of the original athletic ability so you should be fine. I don't see any harm in saying you are rusty and haven't played for a while.

Just go. When you're utterly **** she'll either find it endearing or pathetic. Might as well give it a go.
