If you think there's so much to learn for Psychology GCSE don't take it at A level. I heard the GCSE is basically the first module of the first AS exam. There are 3 modules in each exam. Then at A2 the amount of content just goes crazy lol. I wish I could do GCSE's again

I got As and Bs with revision the night before, so depending on your academic ability you can probably get As and Bs if you start revising now

As in tough subjects like history and geography might be difficult... depends on how hard you work
I was told I wouldnt get higher than a C in the eng. lit exam (but my coursework was full makrs) but in the end i only lost 2 marks in all

Psychology is easy - Just learn it!!!
I have a friend this year who was an A/B/C student at GCSE's, got B/C/D's at AS (which tbh wasnt that low, we all did a little worse than expected)

She will come out with AAB in the end I hope... resat last years modules this year, did a ton of work experience but... so far she has 3 medicine rejections

Even a straight A* GCSE and Alevel friend with an immpecable record recieved a rejection

But.... if you have the determination enough to make it as a doctor, then 3months is plenty of time to push your grades up to the ideal levels

    Good luck!!!

It is worth remembering that medival schools consider a variety of factors when allocating places, including a strong academic profile. Most usually require three academic science A-levels, such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths.

Moomin_love - If you are interested in re-taking your GCSEs, please post again and I can provide you with some details about how to do this.
