Which units do I need for Further Maths AS?

I am soo confused about this. So far I have done C1, C2, C3, M1 and will be doing C4 and M2. These will be for General Maths.

So for Further Maths AS which units will I need?

Would any of the following combinations work?

FP1 + S1 + S2
FP1 + D1 + M3
FP1 + FP2 + FP3
FP1 + FP2 + S1
FP1 + FP2 + M3
FP1 + FP2 + D1

I am not sure, but according to me they would all get me the AS!? Is that true?

Please help me, I am soo confused. Are there any other units I can choose?

BTW the exam board is AQA

"Which units will I need to study?
For Further Maths awards you will need to take:

- 3 units for an AS Level, one of which must be Further Pure Maths 1
- 3 units to convert an AS Level to A Level, one of which must be another Further Pure Maths unit

The other units are either higher level pure maths (e.g. Further Pure 3), or are selected from the same application areas that are options for AS/A Level Maths (Statistics, Mechanics and Decision Mathematics)."

So the easiest way to get FM AS is to just do FP1 and then two option modules that you are not putting towards your A2 Maths. But yes, they are all valid combinations.
Don't take FP2 or 3 unless you are very confident of getting a good grade in them.

do FP1 and any 2 applied units. You can then mix your applied units with your AS Maths applied unit. Priority is always given to AS Maths.

the second, fourth, fifth and sixth, should be alright.
they are done in those combinations at my college.

Unless you're absolutely confident, don't do FP2 or FP3 at AS. It's much easier to do two other units with it (I did FP1 + M1 + D2). I'm with AQA also, there is no published FP2 textbook, just the one on the AQA website [its]. Our teacher has supplied us with OCR Maths books for FP2.
