I eat them constantly.... and as far as i can see... i'm still a size 8.

Every day.. i just dont have loads of it all at once.. Maybe a desert (cake or ice cream) at tea time, i have takeouts saturday nights and a chocolate bar as a mid afternoon snack pretty much every day.

My whole diet is quite bad. I eat rather a lot of junk. I drink diet pepsi all the time but I'm quite bad with other stuff. I have chocolate, crisps and ice cream most days. I dont eat many cakes or many sweets and I never have food from Macdonalds or KFC etc. However I eat quite a lot of other takeaways - chips, chinese etc. So I'm not very healthy.
too much- i eat healthily and have around 1000kcal a day, but regularly i fill the 100o kcal with junk- but i don't care cos i'm healthy!

i used to eat more when i was late teens, id have chips from the chippy every lunch and lots of chocolate bars between classes at college... But it finally catches up with you. I used to be a size 12 and now im a 14 and i cant budge the weight off my legs :frown:

I just read that it said regular pepsi, not diet. I only like the taste of the diet stuff :redface:

If I'm on base it's not really my choice what I eat. I'm a veggie so it's 'get what you're given.' So if someone plonks down something with chips I'll eat it.

i prob eat macdonalds once every couple of months, if not less.
sprite about twice a week
chocolates, cant remember the last time i had chocolate, maybe twice a month il have a bar
ice cream maybe once a week
fried potatoes depends either once a week or once every 2 weeks
rest of the stuff, not often at all....
what about alcohol? that is unhealthy if u drink alot

I'm not that bad looking at this list! So why can't I lose weight! Argh the eternal problem. I seem to gradually gain weight every year and can't get rid of it.

I eat them all! I have normal coke and sweetews every day. Ice cream a lot too! I got a sweet tooth! But I'm still really little, I gotta buy kids clothes :frown:

2-icecream - rarely, only when its extremely hot or a special occasion.
3-chocolates - a bar or two every week. Three or four if I'm feeling low.
4-any of MacD,Burger king,KFC...etc - once per year, literally.
5-fried potatos - never
6-candies - never
7-cakes and sweets,frapotchono(sp?) and stuff like that - I drink frappucinno lights from starbucks quite a bit, but they are the 'healthy' option, apparently.

I don't generally buy chips (perhaps once every couple of months) or crisps. I only eat cake if someone tells me its there, I won't actively go out and seek it. But somehow I still manage to eat a lot.

I eat one of the above except chips and junk food including fried potato i don't like eating that,in winter a chocolate bar medium once aweek,and in summer and icecream once a week ,I compensate with fruits which I eat kinda 10 fruits aday:eek: it's not that bad actullyyou should have 5 aday minimum.is that alot???? I mean 10 fruits aday??

I'll say once. I don't have a coke every week, but some weeks I might have a coke and again maybe once a week a bar of chocolate, but not everyweek... so I guess my answer is 1
I never eat those,except maybe cakes from time to time.I've learnt my lesson.When I started college I was *quite* toned...kind of,lol,but then I put on weight and I was a borderline size 12 but then went up to a 14,then when I felt that size 14s were getting too small I panicked.

I'm a size 10-12 now because I cut down on the huuuge portions I was eating and I try not to eat chocolate etc....like I'd buy a large size chocolate bar instead of regular as a treat for having such a hard day...and if I missed a meal I'd make up for it later and things,lol.

Now if I eat crisps I feel so guilty!

fried potatoes? i have baked potatoes a few times a week

the rest of the time, pretty much none of that stuff; maybe the occasional pbj sandwich.

i eat lots of fruit too. its yummy, yummy for my tummy

I have my occasional junk food binge but i avoid sugar and go for sweetner.

1-regular pepsi(not diet) - never or only when the store is out of diet
2-icecream - rarely only if I go to the cinema so about once a month if I have icecream at home its soya.
3-chocolates - I have a 2 finger kitkat or a cereal bar every day.
4-any onf MacD,Burger king,KFC...etc - rarely about once a month I have a MacDs milkshake. I like the fruit bags butI doubt thats what you had in mind :wink:
5-fried potatos - once a month or so I have chips out but I have oven chips a fair bit
6-candies - never
7-cakes and sweets,frapotchono(sp?) and stuff like that - I have a fondness for blueberry muffins prob have one once every couple of weeks. Have a choc brownie or other cake once a week.
