There are many differences. One of them is:
An electric field affects anything with charge.
A magnetic field affects moving charge.

Plenty, one to get you started: the force on a particle in magnetic field acts at right angles to its velocity, so no owkr is done by the field. In an electric field, there is a constant force (so constant acceleration), and work is done on the particle (i.e. transfer of energy).
